176 Civil Engineer Air Guardsmen return from deployment in Kuwait

SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Air guardsmen from the 176 Civil Engineer Squadron stand along side the other members of the 386 Air Expeditionaly Wing during a retreat ceremony here Jan 13. The air guardsmen were assigned to the 386 Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron for a six-month tour.
